This is a high-impact role at the heart of our mission to build a high-performing, values-led organisation where giffgaffers can thrive. Partnering closely with HRBPs and reporting to our Head of People Capability, you’ll design and deliver innovative learning experiences, strengthen technical skills, and embed continuous development across the business. From induction to high-potential programmes, you’ll ensure our learning ecosystem is digital-first, data-informed, and aligned to real business outcomes.

You’ll also shape the engagement agenda - turning insight into action, elevating employee experience, and reinforcing a culture of recognition, feedback and purpose. Using analytics, pulse data and AI-powered tools, you’ll translate insight into measurable impact, ensuring initiatives are scalable, creative and commercially focused. Our bright and modern gaff is in Uxbridge, in leafy West London. But if commuting isn't for you, most of our roles can be hybrid or remote, or anywhere in between.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Proven experience in learning, development, & engagement, roles or similar
  • Experience designing and delivering programmes for management and wider workforce
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement frameworks, pulse surveys, and action planning
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Skilled in designing engaging, innovative learning experiences that leverage technology creatively
  • Practical experience using AI tools to automate L&D processes, generate content, and analyse learning outcomes
  • Project management skills with experience delivering multiple initiatives simultaneously
The other stuff we are looking for

We'd also love you to bring;

  • Insights Discovery practitioner
  • Experience in a fast-growing, technology-led, or scale-up environment.
  • Knowledge of HR analytics tools and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Coaching or facilitation experience for senior leaders
